Privacy Policy - GradientStudio

Data Collection

GradientStudio collects NO personal data. All functionality runs entirely in your browser. We do not track you, analyze your behavior, or collect any information about your usage.

Data Storage

All your data stays on your device. We use browser storage for the following features:

Gradient History: Stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB
User Preferences: Stored locally using localStorage
Favorites: Stored locally in your browser

All data remains on your device. We never send your data to our servers or third parties.

AI Features

Currently, GradientStudio does not use any AI APIs. All gradient generation and color calculations run locally in your browser.

If AI features are added in the future, we will:

Clearly disclose which provider is used
Explain what data is sent
Require explicit user consent

Data Retention

You have complete control over your data:

Clear history anytime using the history panel
Data is automatically deleted when you clear browser data
No account required, no server-side storage

Third-Party Services

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, performance metrics) in production. This helps us improve the tool. No personal data or gradient content is sent to analytics. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Not Used

GradientStudio does not use:

Advertising networks
Social media integrations that track you (share buttons open in new window without tracking)
Third-party cookies
Cross-site tracking
